    Pricing and adoption ramp

    DeviceView lists at $1 per endpoint per month. Net savings ramp by scenario (Conservative 35/70/90%, Expected 45/80/95%, Aggressive 55/85/100% of full run-rate in Y1/Y2/Y3) because real customer adoption doesn't hit full savings in month one. Payback months use Y1 ramped savings divided by DeviceView's annual cost. 3-year NPV discounts the ramped net per year at 10% over years 1, 2, and 3.

    Operating modes

    • Remote support: Streams A through E by default (Stream F is opt-in via the toggle).
    • Autonomous ops: Streams D, G, and H. Agent-led telemetry and scripted remediation.
    • Both: Streams A, B, C, D, E, G, H by default (plus F when enabled), with the double-count fix applied (tickets removed by automation in G are excluded from the session math in A, B, C).

    • Stream E (Audit hours): audits × hours each × 60% reduction × loaded tech rate × baseline multiplier × scenario factor
    • Stream F (Avoided incidents), opt-in: incidents × cost each × 8% probability reduction × baseline multiplier × scenario factor. Off by default on the public calculator because it's probability-weighted. Enable it via the toggle above the stream breakdown if your security team can substantiate the rate.
    • Stream G (Tickets that never happen): tickets × pct_automatable × full_ticket_cost × baseline multiplier, where full_ticket_cost = (min/60) × (tech_rate + 0.7 × user_rate)
    • Stream H (Downtime caught early): major incidents × pct_caught_first × downtime hours avoided × value at risk per hour × baseline multiplier

    Scenario ranges

    • Conservative: 0.65x of expected for A-F. Stream G uses 10% automatable. Stream H uses 25% caught first at 0.5h avoided.
    • Expected: 1.00x. Calibrated against the worked example in the full Excel model. Stream G uses 20%. Stream H uses 40% / 1h.
    • Aggressive: 1.35x. Stream G uses 35%. Stream H uses 60% / 2h.

    Double-count fix

    In Autonomous ops and Both modes, tickets removed by Stream G (auto-remediated before user impact) are subtracted from the ticket pool that feeds Streams A, B, and C. The same ticket is never counted both as a removed ticket and as a faster session. In Remote support mode, automation is forced to 0% so all v1 numbers are reproduced exactly.
